We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia, which is aligned with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the sciedtechnologies.com website only, including the English version at sciedtechnologies.com/en/.
What this policy does not cover.
This website has no candidate application, no user registration, no accounts and no assessments to complete. It is an informational website.
The Cultural Fit platform, where assessments are completed and results are processed, is at a separate address, culturalfit.rs. The assessment for individuals is sold through karijernovodjenje.com. Processing at those addresses is not covered by this policy.
If you need information about how we process your data as part of an assessment, write to office@sciedtechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days.
3. What data we collect
3.1 When you contact us
When you write to us or call, we process the data you provide: name, company name and your role in it, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and continue the business conversation.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Providing this data is not a legal obligation. Without it, however, we cannot respond.
3.2 When you visit the website
The site uses Google Analytics, but only after you allow it. Until you accept cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no data about you is sent to Google.
If you accept, the following is processed: truncated IP address, device and browser type, approximate location at city level, the source you arrived from, pages visited, time spent on them and clicks on our contact details. We do not collect your name, email address or any data that identifies you directly.
Purpose: to see which pages are read, where visitors come from and whether the site does its job.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3.3 Server logs
Our hosting provider, like any web server, keeps technical access logs containing the IP address, time of access and the address requested. These logs serve security and fault diagnosis, are not used for analytics and are not linked to other data.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the website.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following service providers, who process data solely on our instructions or under their own terms as independent controllers:

International transfers
When you use the Google services listed above, data may be transferred outside the Republic of Serbia and the European Union. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the additional safeguards applied by the provider.
5. How long we keep data

Once a period expires, we delete or permanently anonymise the data.
6. Your rights
In relation to the data we process, you have the right to:
- request access to your data and information about how we process it;
- request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
- request erasure, where we have no legal ground to keep the data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request portability of the data you provided to us;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send your request to office@sciedtechnologies.com. We respond within 30 days of receiving it. If the request is complex, that period may be extended and we will inform you.
You can withdraw cookie consent without sending a request, by clicking at the bottom of every page.
7. Right to complain
If you believe we process your data contrary to the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

8. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted transmission over HTTPS, access control for accounts and devices, regular software updates, and limiting access to data to those who need it for their work.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions about you on this website and we do not carry out profiling here.
10. Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy when our processing or the applicable law changes. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of this document.
